We’re after a Customer Experience Manager to ensure our customers have the best experience possible. Whilst most companies will see customers passed from marketing to sales to client services to solicitors (etc.), we have provided resources and support so that our customers need only ever deal with one person - you.
Your role will range from introducing customers to a new development and exploring our new homes with them, to guiding them right through from reservation to completion - and beyond.
